Ordering
Ordering your servers and workstations from
Electronics Nexus
can be done easily on-line using this site, by e-mailing in your order, or by
calling our sales department at 607-821-1818
from, 7AM to 4PM Eastern Time.
Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and we
will begin processing immediately.
International Orders: For customers in Europe, please visit our UK based our
sister site. We can only accept credit-card payments from customers within
the USA and Canada; orders placed outside of USA and Canada must be paid in
advance using a bank wire, and must be of a minimum of $3,000. Please see our
Terms Of Sale for more details.
Shipping
We ship Fedex Ground FREE to all destinations within the contiguous lower
48-states of the USA, and also to all mainland Canadian Provinces
(via Fedex International Ground).
Canadian customers are liable for any customs brokerage fees plus any duties and taxes at the border,
and are NOT included in the free shipping offer.
Unless you specify a brokerage of your choice, we will use Fedex International
Brokers to swiftly move your systems through customs.
Hawaiian and Alaskan customers will be quoted any additional shipping
charges separately.
International (outside USA and Canada) customers will be quoted
International air shipping rates separately. International customers are liable
for any duties and taxes at the port of entry, and are NOT included in any
international shipping quotation.
If we receive your order by 2PM Pacific Time, we try to order your system
components same day and ship your completed systems within 7 days. Customers with the
Lower 48 USA Only selecting expedited service are guaranteed shipment
within 48 hours of placing an order. Expedited and semi-expedited orders are
shipped Fedex Standard Overnight (see individual product pages for rates).
All systems are designed, assembled and tested in Binghamton, New York
and shipped out promptly upon build and testing.
Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail so that you can track
your shipment up to final delivery.
